 ·接地電阻是否符合要求, 應(yīng)定期(一般為一年一至兩次)搖測(cè)

  ·安裝是否牢固, 應(yīng)定期(一般為一年一至兩次)緊固

2. 鋰電池和繼電器更換

PLC中的鋰電池和繼電器輸出型的觸點(diǎn)為損耗性器件, 使用較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后, 需視情況更換.

(1)鋰電池

  鋰電池的作用是保護(hù)存放在RAM(隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器)中的程序和計(jì)數(shù)器中的內(nèi)容. 在25℃時(shí), 鋰電池的壽命是5年. 溫度越高其壽命越短. 當(dāng)電池失效時(shí), CPU的ALARM指示燈閃爍, 此后一周內(nèi), 必須更換鋰電池.
