滿足GB1408-2006 GB1695 GB3333 GB16927.1要求.主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、陶瓷、玻璃、塑料、薄膜等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓下的擊穿強度和耐電壓時間進行測試；采用計算機控制，試驗過程通過人機對話方式完成，并可對試驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進行快速、準確的采集、處理，并可存取、顯示、打印。

一、安裝調(diào)試：協(xié)助試驗機的安裝，負責試驗機的運輸、調(diào)試。
二、驗收標準：試驗機按訂貨技術(shù)附件進行驗收。終驗收在買方進行，對用戶提供的試樣進行試驗，并提供測試報告。
三、培訓：安裝調(diào)試同時，在儀器操作現(xiàn)場一次性免費培訓操作人員2-3名，該操作人員應是由需方選派的長期穩(wěn)定的員工，培訓后能夠?qū)υO(shè)備基本原理、軟件使用、操作、維護事項理解和應用，使人員能夠獨立操作設(shè)備對樣品進行檢測、分析，同時能進行基本的維護。
四、軟件升級：終生免費提供新版本控制軟件。
五、保修：
1、設(shè)備保修兩年，終身售后服務，一年內(nèi)非人為損壞的零部件免費更換，保修期內(nèi)接到用戶邀請后， zui遲響應時間為2小時內(nèi)，在與用戶確認故障后，我公司會在48小時內(nèi)派工程師到達現(xiàn)場進行免費服務，盡快查清故障所在位置和故障原因，并向用戶及時報告故障的原因和排除辦法 。
2、保修期內(nèi)人為損壞的零部件按采購（加工）價格收費更換。
3、保修期外繼續(xù)為用戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)技術(shù)服務，在接到用戶維修邀請后3天內(nèi)派工程師到達用戶現(xiàn)場進行維修。并享有優(yōu)惠購買零配件的待遇。
4、傳感器過載及整機電路超壓損壞不在保修范圍內(nèi)。
六、售后管理：
我公司實現(xiàn)計算機化管理，實行客戶定期回訪制度，定期復查設(shè)備的工作情況，定期指導用戶對設(shè)備進行保養(yǎng)和檢測，以便設(shè)備正常運轉(zhuǎn)，跟蹤客戶的設(shè)備使用情況，以便及時對設(shè)備進行維護。

一、安裝調(diào)試：協(xié)助試驗機的安裝，負責試驗機的運輸、調(diào)試。
