When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4°C.

     Anti-HSD11B1抗體,羥基類固醇脫氫酶11β1抗體【產(chǎn)品介紹】：HSD11B1 is a microsomal enzyme that catalyses the conversion of the stress hormone cortisol to the inactive metabolite cortisone. In addition, the encoded protein can catalyse the reverse reaction, the conversion of cortisone to cortisol. Too much cortisol can lead to central obesity, and a particular variation in this gene has been associated with obesity and insulin resistance in children. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
