ATCC complete growth medium: Minimum essential medium (Eagle) in Earle's BSS with 0.015 mg/ml 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10%
Temperature: 37.0°C

Subculturing:

Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week 
Remove medium, rinse with fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA solution and allow the cells to sit at room temperature (or at 37C) until they detach (about 10 minutes). Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.

Preservation:

90% FBS; 10% DMSO
