ChipShop提供多種顯微鏡幻燈片格式的微流控設(shè)備它們都定義了mini-luer液體接口的共同位置,使得與芯片實(shí)驗(yàn)室處理平臺(tái)的連接變得容易。當(dāng)需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建1/16“OD剛性(PTFE,PEEK…)連接而無(wú)泄漏時(shí),此芯片固定器非常方便。
芯片實(shí)驗(yàn)室操作平臺(tái)可以放在顯微鏡下進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察。
容易連接
操作平臺(tái)采用ChipShop流行的Mini-Luer接口,設(shè)計(jì)用于三種微流控接口配置:兩種接口配置,在微流控芯片較短的一側(cè)具有流體接口,另一種在較長(zhǎng)的一側(cè)具有流體接口以4.5毫米的間距定位開口,與384井微量滴定板的間距*匹配。

提供兩種版本的芯片實(shí)驗(yàn)室處理平臺(tái),每個(gè)平臺(tái)都有或沒(méi)有加熱元件:
聚合物芯片的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理平臺(tái)(PC、PMMA、COC、COP等)該連接是通過(guò)芯片固定器內(nèi)的特殊連接器進(jìn)行的,以確保與芯片的mini Luer端口的無(wú)泄漏連接。
通孔玻璃芯片的特殊處理平臺(tái):由于將不帶連接器的玻璃芯片連接到流體系統(tǒng)可能會(huì)很繁瑣,因此這種芯片固定器可以很容易地創(chuàng)建到通孔接口的連接。
連接到您的流體設(shè)置是通過(guò)1/16“OD剛性(聚四氟乙烯,聚醚醚酮,…)管的防漏連接器。
以高精度加熱芯片上的實(shí)驗(yàn)室
在每個(gè)處理平臺(tái)版本上,您可以添加加熱元件以控制溫度,例如用于酶分析或細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)。舞臺(tái)的加熱元件與控制器和電源電連接。

ChipShop offers a large variety of microfluidic devices in the microscopy slide format. All of them have defined positions of the mini Luer liquid interfaces in common, making the connection to the Lab-on-a-Chip Handling Platform easy. This chip holder is very handy when needing to create 1/16" OD rigid (PTFE, PEEK...) connections without leakage.
The Lab-on-a-chip Handling Platform can be placed under a microscope for live observation.
Easy connection
The Handling Platform is designed for three microfluidic interface configurations using ChipShop's popular Mini Luer interfaces: two interface configurations with the fluidic interface at the shorter sides of the microfluidic chip and one at the longer side, addressing openings with a 4.5 mm spacing exactly matching the spacing of a 384 well microtiter plate.

Two versions of the Lab-on-a-Chip Handling Platform are available, each with or without a heating element:
- The standard handling platform for polymer chips (in PC, PMMA, COC, COP,...). The connection is made through special connectors within the chip holder to ensure leak-free connections with the mini Luer ports of the chip.
- The special handling platform for thru-hole glass chips: because connecting a glass chip without connectors to your fluidic system can be tedious, this chip holder makes it easy to create a connection to thru-hole interfaces.
Connection to your fluidic setup is made through leak-proof connectors to 1/16" OD rigid (PTFE, PEEK,...) tubing.
Heat your lab-on-a-chip with a high precision
On each of the handling platform versions, you can add a heating element to precisely control the temperature e.g. for enzyme assays or cell culture. The heating element of the stage is electrically connected to a controller and a power supply.
