防腐真空隔膜泵產(chǎn)品簡介:
變頻控制的防腐真空隔膜泵,具有新一代的智能型真空技術(shù),通過變頻馬達(dá)和VCB521控制器使隔膜泵轉(zhuǎn)速可調(diào),能更加準(zhǔn)確地控制真空壓力。
隔膜泵是干式運(yùn)行的真空泵,解決了真空泵的抗化學(xué)腐蝕問題,是目前國際真空泵發(fā)展的前沿產(chǎn)品,并在國內(nèi)被越來越廣泛地使用。
防腐真空隔膜泵主要優(yōu)點(diǎn):

隔膜泵類型:
MPC-1201T防腐真空隔膜泵適用于需要抗化學(xué)腐蝕或需要長時間不間斷運(yùn)行的場合。所有與氣體接觸的部位都做特氟龍(聚四氟乙烯PTFE)處理并運(yùn)用碳纖維加固,保證了泵的抗化學(xué)腐蝕性能。隔膜采用三明治結(jié)構(gòu)(即多層結(jié)構(gòu)),以增加隔膜的韌性和強(qiáng)度。
MPC-1201T防腐真空隔膜泵的主要應(yīng)用場合:
1、真空蒸餾;
2、反應(yīng)釜;
3、真空抽濾;
4、真空濃縮;
5、真空干燥。
