IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因為由加速度傳感器產(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對其進行放大和信號調理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。
美國Dytran的3032A是一款微型IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，靈敏度10mV/g，重量僅1.5g。
The Dytran 3032A is a lightweight, miniature IEPE accelerometer, weighing just 1.5 grams and an overall footprint height of just 0.28 inches (7.1 millimeters).
Available with a sensitivity of 10 mV/g, the model 3032A incorporates a quartz sensing element, operating in shear mode, housed in a lightweight titanium construction. Units feature adhesive mounting and an 18-inch integral coaxial cable terminating to a 10-32 jack.
