張力儀是測(cè)量絲網(wǎng)受到拉力作用時(shí)其內(nèi)部與固定絲網(wǎng)接觸體之間的相互牽引力大小的儀器。張力儀有機(jī)械式和電子式兩種，測(cè)量張力的單位用牛頓/厘米表示。張力也可以用相對(duì)數(shù)值來表示。厘米張力儀就是用相對(duì)數(shù)值表示張力的一種，是通過張力儀自身重量使絲網(wǎng)下沉的深度的數(shù)值(毫米)來計(jì)算，張力數(shù)值可從指示盤上直接得到，或者從控制盤上間接得到。張力儀有手工操作和機(jī)械操作兩種。張力儀是檢驗(yàn)絲網(wǎng)印版質(zhì)量的重要的檢測(cè)儀器。為保證得到制版要求的張力，在繃網(wǎng)過程中或繃網(wǎng)后都要使用張力儀測(cè)量。

The Series Honigmann 125-12 Tension Meters are designed to measure tensile forces in textile threads. They find applications in spinning mills, texturizing operations, research laboratories, weaving mills, knitting mills, yarn spinning plants etc.
The slim design in addition to the long measuring fingers enables the user to measure at narrow available space and difficult accessible, distant locations.
Comfortable and safe handling even on measurements in a heat chamber by lever-operated auto-threading function. 125-12
Extra-long probes to reach any inconvenient place.
Small yarn deflection angle for minimum interference to yarn path and twist, low mechanical load to the thread.
Low friction and low stress for the yarn even at high speeds.
Robust by effect overload protection (1000% related to the rated load.)

Special clip type lever for safe and comfortable threading even at high temperatures at the measuring location.
