頻閃儀是指控制光源發(fā)光，以特定頻率快速閃動的光學(xué)測量儀器。美國Checkline DT-311J頻閃儀本身可以發(fā)出短暫又頻密的閃光,當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)頻閃燈的閃動頻率,使其與被測物的轉(zhuǎn)動或運(yùn)動速度接近或同步時,被測物雖然高速運(yùn)動著,但看上去卻是緩慢運(yùn)動或相對靜止,這種視覺暫留現(xiàn)象使人目測就能輕易觀測到高速運(yùn)動物體的表面質(zhì)量與運(yùn)行狀況 ,而頻閃儀的閃光速度即為被檢測物體(例如:馬達(dá) )轉(zhuǎn)速和運(yùn)動頻率 (印刷袋 ) ,亦可以利用頻閃儀分析物體振動情況、 高速移動物體的動作以及高速攝影等。利用頻閃儀觀測檢驗技術(shù)在歐美已廣泛使用 ,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的行業(yè)開始使用頻閃儀來幫助解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗問題。
Check-Line DT-311J 頻閃儀也叫頻閃靜像儀或轉(zhuǎn)速計 ,是能夠使作振動、 高速旋轉(zhuǎn)或周期運(yùn)動構(gòu)件變成“ 靜止不動 ” 構(gòu)件的一種光學(xué)測量裝置。
Where powerful illumination and rugged speed measuring accuracy is required for the textile industry, the Check-Line DT-311J will perform where other stroboscopes will not. The Checkline DT-311J is used to set injection timing, injection pressure, timing of shedding and weft running time of weaving machinery. Units combine rugged NEMA 4X (IP65) housing with high performance accuracy, special phase shifting, with shock absorbing components and top mounted handle, allows the equipment operator maximum flexibility when setting the timing of weaving machinery.
