Product introduction
Variable temperature resistivity testing system(RlMS) adopts the four probe method technology and has the ability to detect material resistivity. lt can be used to measure theresistivity of semiconductor buk samples, semi metallic samples (such as constantan, nickel, bismuth, etc.), and some non-metallic samples (such as graphite, carbon materialsetc. ) Widely used in many important felds such as temperalure control. themoelectric power aeneralion, cooling electronic devices (inirared, far infrared detectors, high-speedchips, etc,. medical eouioment and hioh-temperature superconductors, as well as air condiioning equipment for aerospace vehicles and submarines.
1. Integrating sphere thermal stage, with atmosphere connector, can perform tests under different atmospheres while performing variable temperature tests on the integrating sphere. It can also be changed to adapt to the use of Bruker Fourier spectrometer. A temperature sensor can be added to the back channel of the stage to measure the internal temperature of the sample. It is suitable for integrating sphere models with a window diameter of 40mm.
