| 簡(jiǎn)介 | 肺動(dòng)脈起于右心室 ，在主動(dòng)脈之前向左上后方斜行 ，在主動(dòng)脈弓下方分為左、右肺動(dòng)脈 ，經(jīng)肺門入肺。由于肺動(dòng)脈連 接著輸送靜脈血的右心室 ，所以 ，肺動(dòng)脈雖然是動(dòng)脈 ，但是它卻輸送靜脈血。血管平滑肌細(xì)胞互相連接 ，形成管狀結(jié) 構(gòu);在功能上可以通產(chǎn)生連續(xù)收縮 ，使器官對(duì)抗所加負(fù)荷而保持原有的形狀。該細(xì)胞所表達(dá)的鈣通道表面表達(dá)的ICAM- 1和VCAM-1 ，參與血管壁炎癥反應(yīng)。體外培養(yǎng)的肺大動(dòng)脈平滑肌細(xì)胞呈梭形、星形或不規(guī)則形。 |
