ⅰ、brief introduction

thermostat water bath tank is a necessary instrument widely used for testing activities in the scientific and educational department of medicine and sanitation, biology, descendiblity, environment protection and aquaculture, such as desiccation, inspissations, distillation, soakage and so on. the main features are as following:

1) temperature is controlled accuray and automatically with digital display.

2) the container of the instrument is made of stainless steal with a super function of anti-cauterization.

3) it’s easy and safe to operate.

4) a magnetic time stirrer can be installed to satisfy customer’s need to enhance its equality and accuracy.

ⅲ、usage and maintenance

1.1   inject adequate water (no more than 2/3 of its volume) into the container and put it on the table and put through the electricity.

1.2   panel introduction

1. digital display   to show the set temperature and concerned parameter

2. indicator light sl green when setting the temperature and concerned parameter ; ol red when it is heating

3. keystroke

set: to se-lect the parameter

up: to turn up the parameter

down: to turn down the parameter

1.3   when electrified, the panel first flashes and displays dfs then shows 8 to test the numeral tube

1.4   press the set key once and the sl light is on, and you are in the state of setting the temperature. press up key once and the temperature rise 0.5℃

1.5   press the set key a second time, the primacy shows d and you are in the state of controlling the temperature in advance, the adjusting range is from 0℃ to 5℃ （for example: the setting temperature is 50℃, if the deviation is 0.5℃ ,set d to 0.5 to prevent from erring. and it will stop heating when it reaches 49.5℃; if the set temperature is 90℃ and the deviation is 1℃ then set d to 1 and it will stop heating when it reaches 89℃）

1.6   press the set key a third time, the primacy shows c or -, and it’s time to adjust the deviation. you can set in the range of -9.8—+9.9℃. (for example: when the showed temperature is 0.5℃ lower than the needed temperature, set c to 0.5℃; when the showed temperature is 0.5℃ higher, set c to -0.5℃)

1.7   press the set key a fourth time to test state, if you have a preset temperature, it goes to control automatically. after the temperature is set, the controller will go back to work if you don’t press the set key in 5 seconds

1.8   press the set key for 5-8 seconds and the instrument recover to 00.0℃. when you set the temperature for the first time and the temperature is abnormal, please reset.

1.9   when work is done, press the set key for 5-8 seconds the temperature controlling system would reset automatically to 00.0℃ and turn off the power(if you forget to press the reset key and turn off the power directly, the temperature controlling system will remember the previous temperature after restart)

1.10  if the instrument is not used for a long time, water should be get rid of and the instrument should be cleaned with soft cloth.
