CVD石墨烯合成系統(tǒng)

巨納集團(tuán)CVD石墨烯合成系統(tǒng)采用良好制造工藝，造型新穎結(jié)構(gòu)合理，安全可靠，可以生長(zhǎng)大面積高質(zhì)量的單層石墨烯薄膜。該系統(tǒng)采用了模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方案，可以按客戶需求靈活的為每一個(gè)模塊選擇合適的配置。其集成化控制系統(tǒng)擁有非常友好的人機(jī)界面，所有功能實(shí)現(xiàn)一體機(jī)（觸摸液晶屏）顯示操作，更方便、快捷；其加熱系統(tǒng)能進(jìn)行多段式溫度精準(zhǔn)控制，并能實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向高精度導(dǎo)軌式移動(dòng)，達(dá)到快速降溫以及分區(qū)域加熱；其真空系統(tǒng)可通過(guò)微流閥精確控制抽氣速率，實(shí)現(xiàn)腔體中真空度的精準(zhǔn)控制；其流量控制系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口316L不銹鋼膜片閥和防爆型壓力變送器，利用數(shù)字質(zhì)量流量計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)多路供氣；本系統(tǒng)還提供整套氣體解決方案，并配備了危險(xiǎn)氣體泄漏報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。

System Description:

Our Sunano system adopts the international advanced manufacturing technology, with novel, reliable and modularized design scheme. With a modularized design scheme, the customers could select the appropriate configuration for each module according to their unique demand. The integrated control system has a very friendly interface, with all functions been operated in a LCD touch panel. The heating unit can make multi-section programmable temperature control, and can realize bidirectional precise track guided movement. Through a micro-flow valve, the vacuum pumping rate could be accuray controlled, which makes the chamber pressure within precision control from 0.1-300Pa. The gas flow control unit adopts 316L stainless steel diaphragm valve and explosion-proof pressure transmitter, and can realize multiple-gas feed using digital flow meters. The system also provides solution for the whole set of gas supply, and leakage alarm for combustible gas.
