對于貼地植物和生物結(jié)皮等,成像系統(tǒng)自帶暗適應(yīng)室,可直接原位遮光進(jìn)行暗適應(yīng)及測量,成像面積31.5mm×41.5 mm,適合成片、單株或者單個葉片成像。對于株高較高或葉片較大的植物,還配備了暗適應(yīng)葉夾及更多暗適應(yīng)室方案(可聯(lián)系易科泰咨詢)

· 多色矩陣光源:測量光620nm,飽和脈沖光可選白光、紅光或藍(lán)光,光化學(xué)光可選白光、紅光或藍(lán)光,4塊超亮LED光源板,每個光源板由5×5 LEDs陣列,尺寸4×4 cm

獲得的所有參數(shù)都有數(shù)值及成像圖,并且均可保存、導(dǎo)出。
· 成像預(yù)處理:程序軟件可自動識別多個植物樣品或多個區(qū)域,也可手動選擇區(qū)域(Region of interest,ROI)。手動選區(qū)的形狀可以是方形、圓形、任意多邊形或扇形。軟件可自動測量分析每個樣品和選定區(qū)域的熒光動力學(xué)曲線及相應(yīng)參數(shù),樣品或區(qū)域數(shù)量不受限制(>1000)
