當(dāng)復(fù)合材料板受沖擊載荷作用時(shí),一部分沖擊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭苫謴?fù)的彈性應(yīng)變能;另一部分卻被材料所吸收,造成了不可恢復(fù)的損傷。有必要分析材料損傷和能量吸收之間的關(guān)系以及能量吸收和沖擊能之間的關(guān)系。多次沖擊和一次沖擊的效果是不同的,也有必要對(duì)多次沖擊下能量的吸收變化進(jìn)行分析。
為滿足上述測(cè)試要求,我公司生產(chǎn)的復(fù)合材料落錘沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī),采用的傳感器測(cè)控技術(shù),能夠?qū)崟r(shí)采集落錘沖擊板過(guò)程中的速度隨時(shí)間變化曲線,利用瞬時(shí)zui大沖擊速度和zui大反彈速度計(jì)算沖擊動(dòng)能和材料損傷時(shí)吸收的能量,通過(guò)軟件數(shù)據(jù)分析,得到?jīng)_擊載荷和和沖擊點(diǎn)位移隨時(shí)間變化曲線。
