產(chǎn)品說明:
智能集菌儀是次性使用全封閉集菌培養(yǎng)器的配套使用設(shè)施。體化不銹鋼機殼設(shè)計：全部采用L304衛(wèi)生級不銹鋼，解決了無菌室. 微生物室高潔凈儀器的要求。提高儀器的使用壽命，降低因傳統(tǒng)集菌儀表面生銹問題造成的維修、換等產(chǎn)生的成本。避免了因為化學物質(zhì)對表面的腐蝕，機殼表面設(shè)計不何死角。通過集菌儀定向蠕動加壓原理，使供試品中微生物截留在濾器中的微孔濾膜（0.22µm*47mm或0.45µm*47mm上，通過沖洗濾膜除去抑菌成分，然后把所需的培養(yǎng)基通過進樣管道直接引入全封閉過濾集菌培養(yǎng)器中，放置在培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)進行無菌培養(yǎng)。

主要特征:
1、新型泵頭：過濾順暢，均勻，安全。
2、固定檔位設(shè)計：設(shè)有“40R”“ 60 R”“ 160R”“ 240R” 四大檔 位，可以滿足大輸液、粉針、水針等各種劑量供試品的過濾需求。
3、分體式的排液槽設(shè)計：可以自由移動，方便操作人員的操作習慣。槽內(nèi)為弧形設(shè)計，廢液不會殘留在槽內(nèi)，解決了長期實驗后可能會產(chǎn)出的細菌。

5、智能集菌儀圓形卡口設(shè)計：傳統(tǒng)式直角卡口在裝軟管的時候都是很費勁的，有時候還會把管子卡破，造成了經(jīng)濟上的損失，現(xiàn)在圓形卡口，可以輕輕卡，軟管就可以進去，非常方便。
6、體化開關(guān)設(shè)計：避免在機殼上開過多的孔，使機殼的清潔度高，人性化。
7、扳手根據(jù)人體力學設(shè)計而成，可以輕松將皮管卡牢。
8、增設(shè)腳踏開關(guān)，便于實驗操作。
