 Cell culture and clinic samples

HEC-1AHEC-1BIshikawa cell lines were obtained from Shanghai HengYuan Biological Technology Co. Ltd. All of the cell lines were cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium- high glucose (DMEM-HG) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and penicillin streptomycin (1:100), at 37 °C in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2. Upon reaching 90% confluence, cells were dissociated with 0.25% trypsin and split.
