DKZ-5000型水泥電動(dòng)抗折試驗(yàn)主要作為水泥廠、建筑施工單位及有關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)院校科研單位做水泥軟練膠砂抗折強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)用,并可作其他非金屬脆性材料的抗折強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)。
 

  本試驗(yàn)機(jī)使用單杠桿時(shí)zui大試驗(yàn)力為1000N,使用雙杠桿時(shí)zui大試驗(yàn)力為5000N,試驗(yàn)機(jī)標(biāo)尺有專(zhuān)為水泥軟練膠砂抗折強(qiáng)度與抗折力的換算刻度,zui大試驗(yàn)力為1000N時(shí),讀出值精確到0.4N及0.001Mpa,zui大試驗(yàn)力為5000N時(shí)讀出值精確到1N及0.005 Mpa。

本試驗(yàn)機(jī)有底座(27)、立柱(25)、上梁(24)、長(zhǎng)短拉桿(8)、(9)、大小杠桿(17)、(23)、揚(yáng)角指示板(18)、抗折夾具(6)、游動(dòng)砝碼(20)、大小平衡(15)、(12)、傳動(dòng)電機(jī)(10)、傳動(dòng)絲桿(22)、及電器控制箱(28)等零部件組成。

四、機(jī)器的使用、調(diào)整及維護(hù):

    本試驗(yàn)機(jī)在無(wú)震動(dòng)的環(huán)境中直接放在平臺(tái)上使用,平臺(tái)必須校正水平(1/1000)。

作抗力5000N范圍內(nèi)的試驗(yàn)時(shí)(使用雙杠桿)將抗折夾具掛在小杠桿的中間刀刃上(即如圖一所示),如作抗力1000N范圍內(nèi)的試驗(yàn)時(shí)(使用單杠桿)則必須卸下小杠桿及原聯(lián)結(jié)于大杠桿(8)的短拉桿(9)和力承座(7)并將夾具上部借長(zhǎng)拉桿(8)聯(lián)結(jié)于大杠桿上,下半部則從原位旋出擰入與上半部相對(duì)位置的底座(27)上的螺母(2)中。

按下按鈕(21),即可推動(dòng)游動(dòng)砝碼左移,游動(dòng)砝碼復(fù)位,接著可做第二次試驗(yàn)。

機(jī)器在使用過(guò)程中必須保持清潔、干燥,特別是各刀刃及刀刃承要防止生銹,以免降低靈敏度與正確度。刀刃及刀刃承間不得有任何潤(rùn)滑油,以免粘住灰塵,阻滯杠桿運(yùn)動(dòng),影響靈敏度,使用完畢應(yīng)將機(jī)器罩上防塵罩。
