Applied BioProbes公司推出了一系列核酸熒光染料產(chǎn)品作為EB替代品,具有安全、靈敏度高以及產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點。

GreenView™, GreenView™ Plus, GreenView™ Ultra, and RedView™是Applied BioProbes公司研發(fā)具有安全無毒,靈敏度高,穩(wěn)定性好的EB替代品, 使用方法同EB,可用于前染法和后染法,條帶整齊不彎曲。GreenView™, GreenView™ Plus, and GreenView™ Ultra可在紫外燈或藍光儀下觀察發(fā)綠色熒光;RedView™可在紫外燈下觀察發(fā)紅色熒光。

核酸電泳是核酸研究的重要手段之一,其中溴化乙啶(EB)因其低廉的價格是分子生物學中使用zui早和的核酸電泳染色試劑。但是EB是一種強誘變劑,具有高致癌性,其廢棄液必須進行凈化處理,而且EB的檢測靈敏度有限以及背景信號較高,目前正逐漸被靈敏度高以及安全可靠的新型核酸熒光染料所取代。

Results show GreenView™ has similar sensitivity with SYBR Safe™ and GelGreen™, GreenView™ Plus and GreenView™ Ultra have much better sensitivity.

此外,GreenView™, GreenView™ Plus, and RedView™ 具有較低的細胞膜通透性,不易與細胞內(nèi)DNA結合,安全性優(yōu)于SYBR Safe。

Figure 3. Cell permeability tests with SYBR Safe, GreenView, GreenView Plus, and RedView. Hela cells were incubated at 37℃ with 1X SYBR Safe, GreenView, GreenView Plus, and RedView for 30 min. GreenView Plus and RedView could not penetrate cell membranes to bind DNA in living cells, and were much safer than SYBR Safe, which rapidly entered cells and stained nuclei.
