產(chǎn)品名稱：埃博拉病毒檢測(cè)試劑盒-PCR
用途：本埃博拉病毒檢測(cè)試劑盒用于對(duì)可疑患者的病原學(xué)檢測(cè)；
檢測(cè)方法：PCR法；
注意事項(xiàng)：
1．各試劑請(qǐng)?jiān)谝?guī)定的溫度儲(chǔ)存，
2．本試劑盒有效期為6個(gè)月，不要使用超過(guò)有效期的試劑，
3. 反復(fù)凍融試劑將降低檢測(cè)的靈敏度，建議3次內(nèi)用完，
4．請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格按試劑盒說(shuō)明書操作，移液、定時(shí)等全部過(guò)程必須精確，
5. 保存于-20℃的試劑使用前請(qǐng)*融化，并瞬離15s，使液體全部沉于管底，放于冰盒中，吸取液體時(shí)移液器吸頭盡量在液體表面層吸取，使用后立即放回-20℃，
6．注意防止試劑盒組分受污染，試劑盒之間的組分不要混用。

The DEDIATEST EBOLA is designed for qualitative in vitro detection of Ebola antigen VP40 in human serum and throat swab. Other body fluids and pooled samples may not give accurate results and should not be used.
The DEDIATEST EBOLA should be used only on samples from patients with suspected Ebola
infections (febrile diseases) as an aid to detect Ebola hemorrhagic fever. It should not be used as the sole criterion in diagnosing Ebola infection.
The DEDIATEST EBOLA will indicate the presence of Ebola virions at densities of ≥10 6 PFU/mL in the sample. Therefore it should not be used to exclude
Ebola infections. Results should be interpreted by a physician only.
Results should be used only in synopsis with clinical information/symptoms/methods and other in vitro diagnostic procedures (e.g. PCR techniques).
The intensity of the colored line in the test regiondoes not correlate to the titer of antigen in the sample.
