安裝、調(diào)試與維護(hù)Installation, commissioning and maintenance
1、GT系列氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器可與閥門直接連接，也可通過支架和接頭與閥門安裝連接。
2、安裝時(shí)必須保證氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器的輸出軸與閥門軸的同軸度。
3、管接頭機(jī)導(dǎo)管內(nèi)部清潔干凈，無多余物，粉塵及油污等。
4、電磁閥、電氣定位器、電氣轉(zhuǎn)換器、氣動(dòng)定位器、回信器等應(yīng)按相關(guān)說明進(jìn)行安裝、調(diào)試。
5、氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器兩端的調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，可以微量調(diào)整閥門的開啟角度，調(diào)整后必須將螺母銷緊。
6、執(zhí)行器與閥門應(yīng)同時(shí)調(diào)試，對(duì)閥門加壓到額定壓力，執(zhí)行器以氣源壓力0.4~0.7Mpa對(duì)兩個(gè)進(jìn)氣口切換進(jìn)氣，管擦閥門打開和關(guān)閉情況，應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活無停頓，針爬行亂象，
