多克隆兔純化抗體


貓。第143 003號(hào)	50μg特異性抗體，凍干。用免疫原純化親和力。加入兔血清白蛋白用于穩(wěn)定化。用于重構(gòu)添加50微升水中₂ O操作得到在TBS一個(gè)1mg / ml的溶液。然后等分并儲(chǔ)存在-20°C直至使用。

免疫原	對(duì)應(yīng)于來(lái)自大鼠Erc1b的AA 939至948的合成肽（UniProt Id：Q811U3-1）
反應(yīng)	與人反應(yīng)（Q8IUD2，O15083），大鼠（Q811U3，Q8K3M6），小鼠（Q99MI1，Q6PH08），倉(cāng)鼠。沒(méi)有信號(hào)：斑馬魚(yú)。尚未測(cè)試的其他物種。
