ActiMot2 System

Spontaneous locomotor activity in the home cage can be measured using infrared light-beam. Alternatively, the InfraMot infrared heat sensor attached to the cage lid can be used for activity monitoring. With the light-beam frames various parameters of the locomotor activity of the animals are determined. Beam breaks are divided into ambulatory and fine movements; a refractory period can be defined to avoid scratching or tail flipping being counted. The user can specify a center and a peripheral cage area comparable to an open field; data are displayed accordingly.
TSE動物行為檢測系統(tǒng),居住籠中自發(fā)的運(yùn)動行為可以用紅外光束進(jìn)行測量。另外可選用附在籠蓋上的InfraMot紅外熱傳感器進(jìn)行活動監(jiān)測。使用光束框架可以測定動物多個運(yùn)動行為的參數(shù)。光束遮擋會被分為走動和細(xì)微動作；可以定義一個不應(yīng)期，以記錄避免刮擦或甩尾。用戶可以籠子一個中心和一個四周區(qū)域，相對于一個曠場；數(shù)據(jù)因此而顯示
