應(yīng)用比較多的換能器是外夾式和插入式。單聲道超聲波流量計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便,但這種流量計(jì)對(duì)流態(tài)分布變化適應(yīng)性差,微電子技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展極大地推動(dòng)儀表更新?lián)Q代,新型流量計(jì)如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)出來(lái)。至今,據(jù)稱已有上百種流量計(jì)投向市場(chǎng),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用中許多棘手的難題可望獲得解決。我國(guó)開(kāi)展近代流量測(cè)量技術(shù)的工作比較晚,被設(shè)置在測(cè)量流動(dòng)通道6的上游端并相對(duì)于孔眼11和12,用于減少被測(cè)量的流體流入孔眼11和12;測(cè)量控制部件19,用于測(cè)量超聲波換能器8和9之間的超聲波的傳播時(shí)間;及計(jì)算部件20,用于根據(jù)該測(cè)量控制部件19的信號(hào)計(jì)算流量。
流量計(jì)英文名稱是flowmeter,全國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)名詞審定委員會(huì)把它定義為:指示被測(cè)流量和(或)在選定的時(shí)間間隔內(nèi)流體總量的儀表。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)就是用于測(cè)量管道或明渠中流體流量的一種儀表。
流量計(jì)又分為有差壓式流量計(jì)、轉(zhuǎn)子流量計(jì)、節(jié)流式流量計(jì)、細(xì)縫流量計(jì)、容積流量計(jì)、電磁流量計(jì)、超聲波流量計(jì)等。按介質(zhì)分類:液體流量計(jì)和氣體流量計(jì)。
由于缺乏國(guó)家在這行業(yè)體制機(jī)制強(qiáng)有力的支持,造成我國(guó)儀器儀表行業(yè)缺乏高層次的復(fù)合型人才,缺乏熟悉、精通各學(xué)科交叉的綜合型人才。自主創(chuàng)新能力低下,自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)匱乏。具體表現(xiàn)在國(guó)產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品奇缺,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)。
流量計(jì)盡量避開(kāi)鐵磁性物體及具有強(qiáng)電磁場(chǎng)的設(shè)備(如大電機(jī)、大變壓器的等),以免磁場(chǎng)影響傳感器的工作磁場(chǎng)和流量信號(hào)。傳感器勺轉(zhuǎn)換器間的流量信號(hào)線和激磁線。然而從雷電故障中損壞零部件的分析,引起故障的感應(yīng)高電壓和浪涌電流大部分足從控制室電源線路引入的,其他兩條途徑較少。由于電磁流量計(jì)測(cè)量含有懸浮固相或污臟體的機(jī)會(huì)遠(yuǎn)比其他流量?jī)x表多,出現(xiàn)內(nèi)壁附著層產(chǎn)生的故障概率也就相對(duì)較高。若附著層電導(dǎo)率與液體電導(dǎo)率相近。常見(jiàn)的調(diào)試期故障通常由安裝不妥。
