集電器：至少每季度檢查一次。重點(diǎn)檢查緊固件有無(wú)松動(dòng)、移位及塑料件和流動(dòng)件磨損情況，檢查彈簧拉力（集電器電刷與導(dǎo)軌的接觸壓力應(yīng)保持一定壓力（見(jiàn)下表）。發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時(shí)處理。
Collector: at least quarterly check once a. Focus on examination of the fastener looseness, displacement and plastic parts and flow parts wear, check the spring tension (contact pressure collector brush and guide should maintain certain pressure (see table below). Find the problem timely treatment.
日常檢查：重點(diǎn)檢查軌道的平直度有無(wú)顯著偏差（大于20mm）、錯(cuò)位，絕緣保護(hù)件有無(wú)脫落、斷裂、破損，不銹鋼“v"型槽有無(wú)翹起；軌道上有無(wú)異物及導(dǎo)電粉塵等。必要時(shí)應(yīng)檢測(cè)其絕緣電阻是否符合要求（相間絕緣電阻應(yīng)≥5MΩ）。
