集膚效應(yīng)加熱的本質(zhì)是電磁波在鐵磁體內(nèi)衰減、通過(guò)電磁感應(yīng)過(guò)程, 將大部分電能以渦流形式轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能。
集膚電伴熱系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單表述為:一根絕緣導(dǎo)體(集膚電纜)穿在一鐵磁體鋼管里邊,電纜一端(末端)與鋼管末端(遠(yuǎn)端)連接,電纜始端和鋼管始端之間通以交流電,電流經(jīng)電纜始端到末端,再?gòu)匿摴苣┒朔祷劁摴苁级恕4┕艿碾娎|由于其周?chē)蛔兇艌?chǎng)在鋼管內(nèi)感應(yīng),帶來(lái)磁滯損耗產(chǎn)生的熱量,以及閉合回路電流在鋼管上產(chǎn)生渦流,附加產(chǎn)生的熱量是電纜芯線自身的電阻熱I²R。
在電纜和鋼管返回電流的交叉作用下,電流集中在鋼管的內(nèi)表面,這種現(xiàn)象從接近效果上講,被稱(chēng)為集膚效應(yīng),故以該現(xiàn)象設(shè)計(jì)的電伴熱系統(tǒng)被命名為集膚效應(yīng)電伴熱。
The essence of skin electric current tracing is that electro-magnetic wave attenuates within ferromagnet, and during electro-magnetic induction, the most of electric energy transforms into heal output by eddy current.
The SECT system simplely describes as follow: one insulated conductor is run inside a ferromagnetic steel pipe, the cable is connected to the piep at the and(the far end) and a source of ac power is connected between the cable and the pipe at the other end(the supply end). Current flows from the power source through the insulated cable to the far end and returns through the pipe. Heat is generated in the ferromagnetic pipe wall by the return current flow and by hysteresis and eddy currents induced by the alternating magnetic field around the insulated conductor. Additional heat is producted by the I²R loss in the insulated conductor.

集膚加熱管采用鋼管,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單而牢固。
適合超長(zhǎng)輸管線電伴熱,一個(gè)電源點(diǎn)可供zui長(zhǎng)達(dá)24km的管道伴熱。
導(dǎo)線使用耐熱性能高的絕緣和護(hù)套材料,比普通電纜壽命長(zhǎng)。
容易實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣自動(dòng)化控制,的監(jiān)控測(cè)量技術(shù)和信號(hào)傳輸技術(shù)均可運(yùn)用在該系統(tǒng)上。
集膚電流加熱管既可在工廠里預(yù)制組合件、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)接,也可直接在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交錯(cuò)施工。

Note: The minimal number of insulate layers is 2 and outer insulation layer also acts as jacket. The unit power and core section area are according with the length of pipe and working oltage and current.

集膚電伴熱電源系統(tǒng)包括特種變壓器和電源控制柜。根據(jù)伴熱要求和集膚電纜的電氣參數(shù),決定變壓器型號(hào)和容量。
集膚電伴熱系統(tǒng)電源分為工頻電源和中頻電源。
The SECT power supply system includes special type transformer and power distribute panel box. The type and capacity of the transformer are determined only by the damands of electric parameters.
The power supply is assorted by frequent and intermediate frequency.
