高純硅膠上的CN氰基鍵合相
       NUCLEODUR CN—RP氰基反相極性樣品具有良好的選擇性，是由于鍵合相和樣品多重的保留性能造成，如圖三。這些保留包括：離子吸附，∏-∏吸附和氫離子間吸附（1）。所以當(dāng)極性樣品是帶有雙鍵時（如三環(huán)抗抑郁藥），氰基鍵合相都表現(xiàn)出特別的選擇性（2）。
     常規(guī)的氰基鍵合相的缺點是，由于氰丙基鏈烴很短，容易在低PH時水解，造成不穩(wěn)定（3）。但NUCLEODUR CN—RP氰基反相對于容易離子化的堿性藥物，也會得到良好的分析結(jié)果。
