鉀離子通道阻斷劑(Potassium Channel Blockers),是一類可抑制K+通過膜通道的化合物,包括有機化合物和各類神經(jīng)毒素(如α-Dendrotoxin,Apamin 等)
鉀離子通道是四聚體的整合膜蛋白,形成水孔,K+可以通過水孔流動,并在許多生物體中發(fā)現(xiàn)。在神經(jīng)元中,K+通道參與維持靜息電位、動作電位后的膜復(fù)極、控制重復(fù)放電的時間。K+通道是生物體內(nèi)廣泛的離子轉(zhuǎn)運分子,在人類體內(nèi)有70多個基因編碼不同的K+通道。
