TheraPEAK™MSCGM-CD™ 是一個無血清，化學(xué)成份明確的培養(yǎng)基，設(shè)計用于人間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞（MSCs）培養(yǎng)。MSCGM-CD™ 優(yōu)化用于所有人間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞（hMSCs）多次傳代擴(kuò)增和分化為幾種需求的血系。細(xì)胞可直接從含血清的培養(yǎng)基直接轉(zhuǎn)移到MSCGM-CD™，極少需要時間適應(yīng)。

間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞（MSCs）是屬于中胚層的一類多能干細(xì)胞，主要存在于結(jié)締組織和器官間質(zhì)中，以骨髓組織中含量zui為豐富，由于骨髓是其主要來源，因此統(tǒng)稱為骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞。
Mesenchymal stem cells, or MSCs, are multipotent stem cells that can differentiate into a variety of cell types, including: osteoblasts （bone cells）, chondrocytes （cartilage cells） and adipocytes （fat cells）. This has been shown in ex vivo cultures and in vitro or in vivo.

About TheraPEAK Chemically Defined Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium
TheraPEAK Chemically Defined Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium is a serum-free medium （SFM） specially formulated for the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs）. TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD SFM enables superior human MSC growth and increased consistency compared to classical serum-supplemented medium （DMEM + 10% FBS）. Using TheraPEAK Chemically Defined Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium, human MSCs can be expanded beyond 5 passages while still maintaining their tri-lineage mesoderm differentiation potential （i.e., ability to differentiate into osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages）.
In addition, TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD SFM facilitates expansion of MSCs directly from primary human bone marrow.

UltraCULTURE™ Serum-free Medium英文簡述：
LONZA 12-725F UltraCULTURE™ Serum-free Medium is a complete, allpurpose medium designed for the c*tion of a wide variety of adherent and non-adherent mammalian cell types. UltraCULTURE™ Medium can be used to support fusion of cells during hybridoma formation, growth of monocyte, macrophage, epithelial, and fibroblastic cell lines, and generation of virus particles for vaccine production. The medium is supplemented with recombinant human insulin, bovine transferrin, and a purified mixture of bovine serum proteins. The total protein concentration of UltraCULTURE™ Medium is approximay 3 mg/ml. UltraCULTURE™ Medium can be supplemented with Cryoprotective Medium (Cat. No. 12-132A) to cryopreserve cells in a serum-free environment. UltraCULTURE™ Medium does not contain L-glutamine; please add 5 ml of 200 mM L-glutamine solution (Cat. Nos. 17-605 or 17-905) prior to use.
The formulation for UltraCULTURE™ Medium has been submitted to the FDA as a Master File. Permission to crossreference the Master File may be obtained by contacting the Regulatory Affairs Department.
