I. Background
CXCR6 (C-X-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 6) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CXCR6 include Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus 22 and Immune Deficiency Disease. Among its related pathways are Akt Signaling and GPCR downstream signalling. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include G protein-coupled receptor activity and C-X-C chemokine receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CCR6.
