Mutations in MSH6 are associated with susceptibility to colon cancer and endometrial cancer (PMID: 20028993), and germline MSH6 mutations are associated with Lynch (Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer) syndrome (PMID: 15528792). |
