1)多點(diǎn)、高精度搬運(yùn);
2)平穩(wěn)搬運(yùn)。
3)無(wú)氣搬運(yùn)。
SMC新型電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器的特點(diǎn)
*傻瓜化地選型和使用,避免了復(fù)雜的操作!
1)選型簡(jiǎn)單、一個(gè)型號(hào)包括全部;
2)自控編程器/編程軟件,速度、加速度、位置等參數(shù)直接快速設(shè)定。
3)非常簡(jiǎn)單的I/O控制:降低客戶PLC部分硬件成本,無(wú)復(fù)雜的脈沖驅(qū)動(dòng)、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng),降低了對(duì)使用者的要求。
*SMC新型電缸價(jià)格便宜!不但是因?yàn)殡姼紫到y(tǒng)所需部件少(僅需電源、PLC),而氣缸動(dòng)作所需部件較多(電源、PLC、空壓機(jī)、冷干機(jī)、氣源處理、電磁閥、調(diào)速閥、接頭、配管等等);而且在于SMC新型電缸是根據(jù)特定市場(chǎng)全新研制,成本比之前降低了已被以上!甚至一套電缸系統(tǒng)只需要3~5KRMB!
