保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

TIMM22 is an essential core component of the TIM22 protein insertion complex, a complex that mediates the import and insertion of multi-pass transmembrane proteins into the mitochondrial inner membrane. In the TIM22 complex, it constitutes the voltage-activated, signal-gated hydrophilic high-conductance channel. It forms a twin-pore translocase that uses the membrane potential as an external driving force in 2 voltage-dependent steps.

Function:
Essential core component of the TIM22 complex, a complex that mediates the import and insertion of multi-pass transmembrane proteins into the mitochondrial inner membrane. Subunit:
Component of the TIM22 complex, whose core is composed of TIMM22, associated with peripheral protein FXC1/TIM10B and the 70 kDa heterohexamer. In most cases, the 70 kDa complex is composed of TIMM9 and TIMM10. A small fraction of the 70 kDa complex is composed of TIM8 (TIMM8A/DDP1 or TIMM8B/DDP2) and TIMM13. Interacts directly with TIMM9, TIMM10/TIM10A and FXC1/TIM10B.
