儲 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This gene belongs to the solute carrier 26 family, whose members encode anion transporter proteins. This particular family member encodes a protein involved in transporting chloride, oxalate, sulfate and bicarbonate. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2013]

Function:
Does not seem to be involved in anion transport.

Subunit:
Interacts (via C-terminal domain) with PDZK1 (via C-terminal PDZ domain); the interaction induces chloride and oxalate exchange transport

Subcellular Location:
Membrane.

Tissue Specificity:
Ubiquitous. Highest levels in kidney and pancreas. Lower expression in heart, skeletal muscle, liver and placenta. Also found in lung and brain.

Similarity:
Belongs to the SLC26A/SulP transporter (TC 2.A.53) family.
