泵體內(nèi)相互嚙合的主、從動(dòng)齒輪2和3與兩端蓋及泵體一起構(gòu)成密封工作容積,齒輪的嚙合點(diǎn)將左、右兩腔隔開(kāi),形成了吸、壓油腔,當(dāng)齒輪按圖示方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),右側(cè)吸油腔內(nèi)的輪齒脫離嚙合,密封工作腔容積不斷增大,形成部分真空,油液在大氣壓力作用下從油箱經(jīng)吸油管進(jìn)入吸油腔,并被旋轉(zhuǎn)的輪齒帶入左側(cè)的壓油腔。左側(cè)壓油腔內(nèi)的輪齒不斷進(jìn)入嚙合,使密封工作腔容積減小,油液受到擠壓被排往系統(tǒng),這就是齒輪泵的吸油和壓油過(guò)程。在齒輪泵的嚙合過(guò)程中,嚙合點(diǎn)沿嚙合線,把吸油區(qū)和壓油區(qū)分開(kāi)。
Rexroth齒輪泵均采用修正漸開(kāi)線齒形,用活動(dòng)月牙板將高、低壓腔分開(kāi),并在徑向形成壓力補(bǔ)償,使得內(nèi)外齒齒頂與月牙板之間形成幾無(wú)間隙的密封,軸向動(dòng)補(bǔ)償盤(pán)則保證軸向間隙的良好密封,使得該泵的內(nèi)泄漏減至zui低。低壓12Mpa、中壓21Mpa、高壓33 Mpa。此結(jié)構(gòu)容積效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,制造成本高。他適用于輸送各種輕質(zhì)、揮發(fā)性液體,直至重質(zhì)、粘稠液體,甚至半固態(tài)液體。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、油脂、涂料等行業(yè)。目前有泊頭市宏譽(yù)泵閥有限公司加工生產(chǎn)。Rexroth力士樂(lè)齒輪泵REXROTH齒輪泵是采用齒輪內(nèi)嚙合原理,Rexroth內(nèi)外齒輪節(jié)圓緊靠一邊,另一邊被泵蓋上“月牙板”隔開(kāi)。主軸上的主動(dòng)內(nèi)齒帶動(dòng)外齒輪同向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),在進(jìn)口處輪齒相互分離形成負(fù)壓而吸入液體,輪齒在出口處不斷嵌入嚙合而將液體擠壓輸出。由于這種*的結(jié)構(gòu),所以特別適用于輸送粘度大的介質(zhì),粘度范圍為0.2-100000cp。本系列泵可反向輸送,只要更換電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向即可。該泵泵體可轉(zhuǎn)向,進(jìn)出口位置成直角,便于選配進(jìn)出口位置; NCB-BW泵在泵體、端蓋、軸承座間都有連接方便的保溫或冷卻介質(zhì)的進(jìn)出接口。連接形式有喬式、直連式;材質(zhì)有碳鋼、不銹鋼;密封形式有填料密封、機(jī)械密封;所配電機(jī)有普通電機(jī)、防爆電機(jī)。該泵特點(diǎn):無(wú)困料現(xiàn)象、輸出平穩(wěn)、效率高、噪音小、使用壽命長(zhǎng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

徑向不平衡力 Radial Unbalance Force
在Rexroth齒輪泵中,油液作用在輪外緣的壓力是不均勻的,從低壓腔到高壓腔,壓力沿齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)的方向逐齒遞增,因此,齒輪和軸受到徑向不平衡力的作用,工作壓力越高,徑向不平衡力越大,徑向不平衡力很大時(shí),能使泵軸彎曲,導(dǎo)致齒頂壓向定子的低壓端,使定子偏磨,同時(shí)也加速軸承的磨損,降低軸承使用壽命。為了減小徑向不平衡力的影響,常采取縮小壓油口的辦法,使壓油腔的壓力僅作用在一個(gè)齒到兩個(gè)齒的范圍內(nèi),同時(shí),適當(dāng)增大徑向間隙,使齒頂不與定子內(nèi)表面產(chǎn)生金屬接觸,并在支撐上多采用滾針軸承或滑動(dòng)軸承。

在液壓泵中,運(yùn)動(dòng)件間的密封是靠微小間隙密封的,這些微小間隙從運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)上形成摩擦副,同時(shí),高壓腔的油液通過(guò)間隙向低壓腔的泄漏是不可避免的;齒輪泵壓油腔的壓力油可通過(guò)三條途經(jīng)泄漏到吸油腔去:一是通過(guò)齒輪嚙合線處的間隙——齒側(cè)間隙(Meshing-Teeth Side Clearance),二是通過(guò)泵體定子環(huán)內(nèi)孔和齒頂間的徑向間隙——齒頂間隙(teeth Tip clearance),三是通過(guò)齒輪兩端面和側(cè)板間的間隙——端面間隙(Side Plates-end Face Clearance)。在這三類(lèi)間隙中,端面間隙的泄漏量zui大,壓力越高,由間隙泄漏的液壓油就愈多。因此,為了提高齒輪泵的壓力和容積效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)齒輪泵的高壓化,需要從結(jié)構(gòu)上來(lái)取措施,對(duì)端面間隙進(jìn)行自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償。
通常采用的自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償端面間隙裝置有:浮動(dòng)軸套式(Floating Bush Bearing)或彈性側(cè)板式(Elastic Side Plate)兩種。,其原理都是引入壓力油使軸套或側(cè)板緊貼在齒輪端面上,壓力愈高,間隙愈小,可自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償端面磨損和減小間隙。齒輪泵的浮動(dòng)軸套是浮動(dòng)安裝的,軸套外側(cè)的空腔與泵的壓油腔相通,當(dāng)泵工作時(shí),浮動(dòng)軸套受油壓的作用而壓向齒輪端面,將齒輪兩側(cè)面壓緊,從而補(bǔ)償了端面間隙。
