Sartorius PR5510稱重控制器，是電子衡器中顯示被稱物的質量和稱量狀態(tài)的儀表。工業(yè)中的過程控制是指以溫度、壓力、流量、液位和成分等工藝參數(shù)作為被控變量的自動控制。就一般而言，管理中采取的控制可以在行動開始之前、進行之中或結束之后進行，稱為三種控制模型。種稱為前饋控制或預先控制，第二種稱為過程控制或同期控制，第三種稱為反饋控制或事后控制。

應用

In many batch processes, different kinds of raw material are processed into intermediate and end products. From raw material storage area they are dosed to the production and processed in different steps like heating, cooling, stirring etc. The production steps and the raw materials with its set-points are described in a recipe. The Stand-alone batch controller BATCH-X4 meets the requirements of small batch applications in different industries, like food industry, chemical industry or building material industry.

在很多配料過程應用中，不同種類原材料被加工成中間或者最終產(chǎn)物。在原料庫中，原材料被喂進料倉，然后經(jīng)過不同步驟加工，加熱、冷凍和攪拌等，生產(chǎn)步驟和原材料設置點都可在控制器里描繪出來。作為一款獨立配料控制器，X4滿足不同行業(yè)所有小型配料應用的需求，例如食品行業(yè)，化學行業(yè)或者建筑行業(yè)。

設計

The housing is designed for easy installation into switch cabinets, operating panels or direct at the machinery as a frond-end unit. The bright weight display with 7 digits plus units and status symbols guarantees a good readability even under harsh conditions. Additional two text lines are foreseen each with 20 characters. Under the text lines function keys are arranged. The meaning depends on the application and guides the operator through the menue. The keys have a double assignment. The second level enables the operator to enter also alphanumeric characters. The BATCH-X4 Process Controller enables the connection of an external PC-keyboard to upgrade the operation comfort in case of data entry. Smart Calibration allows scale commissioning without time consuming calibration with test weights.

控制器外殼設計只為能簡易安裝在配電箱，控制板或者前端單位機械設備上。自帶7位數(shù)，單位和狀態(tài)顯示的稱重顯示屏，即使在嚴苛的安裝環(huán)境下也能保證優(yōu)異的可讀性。附帶的兩個文本行可顯示20個字符。在不同的應用上，操作者可通過菜單上的功能鍵設置不同程序。每個鍵有兩重指令，進入第二重指令，使用者可通過按鍵輸入數(shù)字和字母字符。不進如此，萬一需要數(shù)據(jù)錄入，操作者可用PC鍵盤連接X4，提供操作舒適性。智能校準功能使得X4無需測試砝碼即可進行刻度調試。
