加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準(zhǔn)確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標(biāo)軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負(fù)90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準(zhǔn)確反映物體的運動性質(zhì)。
美國Dytran的3293A是一款微型三軸IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，靈敏度500mV/g，頻響低至0.25Hz。
The Dytran 3293A is a lightweight IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a high sensitivity of 500 mV/g. Design of the model 3293A incorporates miniature ceramic shear mode sensing elements, mounted to a single support and packaged in a lightweight, welded titanium housing, for a total weight of 8.8 grams.
The model 3293A offers a low end frequency response of 0.25 Hz for excellent phase response at low frequencies. Units also have an electrical noise floor of 0.0002 g RMS, which allows for its excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
Units feature an industry standard 4-pin radial connector and 5-40 tapped hole for stud mounting, and are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
