加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準(zhǔn)確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標(biāo)軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準(zhǔn)確反映物體的運動性質(zhì)。
美國Dytran的3233A是一款微型三軸加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，靈敏度高達10000mV/g，自帶4針徑接口和安裝螺紋通孔，應(yīng)對超高濕度和多塵工作環(huán)境。
The Dytran 3233A is an IEPE triaxial accelerometer with an ultra high sensitivity of 1,000 mV/g, intended for the measurement of very low vibrations.
The sensors feature ceramic shear sensing elements, packaged in a lightweight rugged titanium housing, with an industry standard radial 4-pin connector and thru hole mounting capabilities for 8-32 or #M4 screw. This ring style mounting configuration allows the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of installation. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, as well as electrically base isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
