張力儀是測量絲網(wǎng)受到拉力作用時(shí)其內(nèi)部與固定絲網(wǎng)接觸體之間的相互牽引力大小的儀器。張力儀有機(jī)械式和電子式兩種，測量張力的單位用牛頓/厘米表示。張力也可以用相對數(shù)值來表示。厘米張力儀就是用相對數(shù)值表示張力的一種，是通過張力儀自身重量使絲網(wǎng)下沉的深度的數(shù)值(毫米)來計(jì)算，張力數(shù)值可從指示盤上直接得到，或者從控制盤上間接得到。張力儀有手工操作和機(jī)械操作兩種。張力儀是檢驗(yàn)絲網(wǎng)印版質(zhì)量的重要的檢測儀器。為保證得到制版要求的張力，在繃網(wǎng)過程中或繃網(wǎng)后都要使用張力儀測量。

Schmidt ZD2 Precision movement and light-weight, hard plastic housing makes the Type Z Series ideal for accurately checking the operating or static tensions of a wide variety of process material including delicate yarns, fibers, filaments, wires, etc.
A trigger-operated, roller-shifting mechanism and exclusive snare-guide automatically guide the moving filament into the roller V-grooves eliminating breaks and snags.
Front filament loading permits the operator to observe the filament, rollers and dial at all times.
NIST-Traceable calibration available.
Each instrument is individually calibrated with each scale hａnd marked to provide the highest reading accuracy.
Roller guides are rated for speeds up to 2000 m/min or, optionally, 5000 m/min.
Supplied in an attractive foam-fitted carrying case.
