用途概述：本試驗箱專門用于測試各種材質(zhì)經(jīng)油漆,涂料,電鍍等表面處理后,在腐蝕液體人工環(huán)境下,測試與了解其抗腐蝕性.是材料研究,國防工業(yè),汽車工業(yè)測試產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗性和可靠性的一種重要試驗設(shè)備.本產(chǎn)品可做中性鹽霧試驗(NSS),乙酸鹽霧試驗(ACSS),銅加速乙酸鹽霧試驗(CASS)
功能特點：

試驗箱Test Chamber | 試驗箱內(nèi)沒有其它裝置，因此可zui大的利用空間。一個樣品插裝架包括在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置內(nèi) The test chamber comprises no other equipment, thus maximising use of available space. A specimen holding device for standard plates is included in the standard equipment. | ||||
噴嘴位于試驗箱上部的右側(cè)，噴霧開關(guān)打開在他的頂部和下部產(chǎn)生鹽霧，與鹽溶液接觸的噴嘴、壓縮空氣管路和鹽溶液管及任何其它部件均由塑料制造。 The spray nozzle is located in the upper part on the right side of the test chamber. The spray channel has an opening for salt fog on its top and bottom. 鹽霧噴射Spraying of the Salt Fog | 集成在操作面板中的流量計可以設(shè)置和監(jiān)測鹽溶液的流量 The brine flow volume can be set and monitored at the flow meter which is integrated in the operating panel. | ||||
在內(nèi)置的壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)置壓縮空氣量，通過加濕系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入噴嘴，壓縮空氣將鹽溶液從鹽溶液箱中吸出，再噴射分布于試驗箱中，噴霧通道中的丙烯酸玻璃噴嘴保好的鹽霧分布于試驗空間 The volume of compressed air set on the built-in reducing air unit is passed through the humidification system to the spray nozzle. There, the salt solution is sucked out of the brine supply reservoir by means of compressed air distributed in the test chamber by injection. The acrylic glass nozzle in the spray channel ensures an optimum distribution of the spray fog inside the test space. | |||||
