hES-MP 002.5是從人胚胎干細(xì)胞誘導(dǎo)分化而得到的間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞前體細(xì)胞（multipotent mesenchymal progenitors）。hES-MP 002.5與人間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞（human mesenchymal stem， MS）高度相似，可以分化成為多種中胚層細(xì)胞種類。hES-MP 002.5由人胚胎干細(xì)胞系SA002.5 ES（a subclone of SA002）分化得來，可以向骨細(xì)胞進(jìn)行高效率的分化，分化過程具有著高級(jí)別的礦物化潛力（mineralization potential）。hES-MP 002.5細(xì)胞產(chǎn)品是高度均勻的、高潛力的間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞前體細(xì)胞，適合于科研級(jí)別以及工業(yè)規(guī)模的間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞生產(chǎn)。
hES-MP 002.5 cells are human embryonic stem (ES) cell-derived multipotent mesenchymal progenitors that resemble adult human mesenchymal stem (MS) cells and can be differentiated into several mesodermal lineages. The cells are derived from the SA002.5 ES cell line, a subclone of SA002, known for efficient osteogenic lineage differentiation and high mineralization potential with extended culture. hES-MP 002.5 cells are a homogeneous, robust source of mesenchymal progenitors, ideal for bulk production of mesenchymal cells.

Unpacking of Cellartis® hES-MP 002.5
NOTE! For your protection: Wear a protective face mask and protective gloves. Use forceps when
handling a frozen vial. Never hold the vial in your hand as the cryo vial may explode due to rapid
temperature changes.
NOTE! When transferring the cells from the transport vessel to long time storage, immediate transfer is essential since variations in temperature may have an adverse effect on cell survival and quality.
1. Unpack Cellartis® hES-MP 002.5 as soon as possible after arrival.
2. Check all materials for leakage or breakage.
3. Using forceps immediay place the vial in liquid nitrogen at ≤ -150°C.

Population doubling of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) and Cellartis hES-MP 002.5 cells through 30 passages. Unlike hMSCs, hES-MP 00.25 cells show no decrease in population doubling level.
