SM304 InGaAs近紅外光譜儀
SM304InGaAs近紅外光譜儀是一款高分辨率、寬動態(tài)范圍、高信噪比的高性能科研級光譜儀，采用SM304 TE cooled InGaAs陣列探測器，適用于弱光源短紅外測量。還采用TE制冷，確保了儀器長時間穩(wěn)定的工作。應用SP公司*的光路和電子系統(tǒng)，使暗噪聲和雜散光控制到zui小。的測試范圍是：900nm-2500nm。SM304可直接通過內置狹縫或經(jīng)光纖耦合進光，支持標準可拆卸式接口SMA 905，F(xiàn)C光纖耦合器或者定制光纖接口。
光譜儀軟件包括基于Windows的SM32光譜采集和分析軟件，以及SDK和DLLs供客戶自行開發(fā)
