• 無應(yīng)力測溫裝置
  該設(shè)備是SidePull設(shè)備的新開發(fā)的Light版本。這是一種重量輕的解決方案，具有更簡便，更快速的應(yīng)用方式

  這是在機械弦應(yīng)力原理下確定連續(xù)焊接軌道的真實中性溫度的測量過程

  識別出要測量的導(dǎo)軌的一部分并將其放在滾軸上后，設(shè)備將其拉到保持固定位置的另一根導(dǎo)軌上

  同時測量力，位移和溫度

  可以根據(jù)這三個特征以1°C的精度計算出實際中性溫度

  由于測量程序需要釋放軌道，因此需要關(guān)閉軌道

  該過程不需要切割和焊接導(dǎo)軌

  手動滾動接觸疲勞裂紋（HC）測量裝置
  借助其手動探頭，該設(shè)備適用于檢查小范圍的滾動接觸疲勞裂紋以及檢查糾正這些裂紋的磨削活動。

鐵軌BT10
具有藍(lán)牙通信的數(shù)字軌道溫度測量設(shè)備，測量范圍擴展到+1000°C
可以使用內(nèi)置磁鐵將設(shè)備放置在軌道板上

可以通過藍(lán)牙讀取瞬間的軌道溫度值

內(nèi)置溫度表的測量范圍為-25 ... + 150°C

K型加熱元件可以連接到BT11設(shè)備，因此該設(shè)備能夠同時測量兩個溫度：更靠近焊縫和更遠(yuǎn)焊縫

可以在閉合焊縫處記錄在焊接過程中測得的鋼軌溫度，即給出了準(zhǔn)備好的中性溫度
