Pilz于1948年在德國Esslingen成立皮爾磁公司，為后來的皮爾磁家族企業(yè)的成功奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，Hermann Pilz有自己*的管理方式，保證了企業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。在60年代末的發(fā)展之初及之后Peter Pilz的管理下，公司以超前的意識進(jìn)行管理，鼓勵創(chuàng)新。在當(dāng)今自動化技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)精神造就了典型的Pilz式的管理模式。皮爾磁成功發(fā)起了德國*代可編程邏輯控制器的革新。

  皮爾磁配合近來舉行的機(jī)床職業(yè)展會，作了一系列研討會的活動，向客戶推行Pilz商品在機(jī)床上的運(yùn)用。我國的事務(wù)拓寬經(jīng)理徐凱先生于2007年3月30號我國（深圳）世界機(jī)械及模具工業(yè)博覽會時(shí)期在深圳會展基地1號館3號會議室作了主題為“機(jī)器設(shè)備的安全維護(hù)規(guī)范和技能”的講演，講演內(nèi)容包含有安全規(guī)范、歐洲機(jī)器指令、CE認(rèn)證、機(jī)器危險(xiǎn)評估、削減電氣安全操控技能、皮爾磁安全操控商品在機(jī)器上的運(yùn)用等。很多參展的廠商和觀賞這次展覽的專業(yè)人士都參加了該講演，反映良好。2007年4月9~15日第十屆我國世界機(jī)床展在北京我國世界展覽基地舉行，展會時(shí)期，Pilz成功舉行了面向機(jī)床職業(yè)用戶的研討會，徐凱先生以“機(jī)床的安全與防護(hù)”為主題介紹了機(jī)床職業(yè)相關(guān)的安全規(guī)范以及Pilz公司題供給的安全操控技能及運(yùn)用，研討會取得了巨大的成功。接下來Pilz還會舉行一系列的研討會活動。
