FluoroSpot分析是在ELISpot分析基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的新方法，它使用熒光檢測代替比色。FluoroSpot的優(yōu)點是可以同時檢測幾個分析物，特別適用于細胞數(shù)量較低時的檢測。
Mabtech供應(yīng)T細胞、B細胞分析試劑盒，適合于巨噬細胞、單核細胞、樹突細胞分析。試劑盒分為預(yù)包被板和未包被板兩種。
