AnaSpec-β-淀粉樣蛋白(1-42)在神經退行性疾病中的作用機制

Aβ（1-42）是淀粉樣斑塊的主要成分，在阿爾茨海默病患者大腦的神經元中積累。從阿爾茨海默病患者大腦中分離出的淀粉樣肽的生化分析表明，Aβ（1-42）是與老年斑淀粉樣蛋白相關的主要種類，而Aβ（1-40）在腦血管淀粉樣沉積物中更為豐富。

肽復溶：使用1.0% NH?OH作為溶劑，隨后用緩沖液（如1X PBS）稀釋。將1.0% NH?OH直接加入凍干肽粉中（加入35-40 µl至0.5 mg肽粉，或70-80 µl至1 mg肽粉）。肽在1.0% NH?OH中不能長期儲存，因此重要的是立即將該溶液用1X PBS或其他緩沖液稀釋至大約1 mg/ml或更低的濃度。輕輕渦旋混合。

儲存：肽在常溫下運輸。收到后，將凍干粉末儲存于-20°C或更低溫度。復溶后的肽應分裝到多個冷凍管中，并儲存于-20°C或更低溫度。避免反復凍融。
