SiR700硅基羅丹明-芐基鳥嘌呤，SiR700-BG

硅基羅丹明一種具有優(yōu)異光物理性質(zhì)的近紅外熒光染料,它的光穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、具有較好的水溶性，良好的生物相容性等特點(diǎn)，廣泛用于細(xì)胞染料、生物染色劑和生物分子、粒子熒光標(biāo)記等。

其在保留了羅丹明熒光染料*的光學(xué)性質(zhì)的同時(shí),光譜發(fā)生明顯紅移,滿足了近紅外熒光檢測(cè)的要求,具有良好的生物相容性，其激發(fā)波通常長(zhǎng)大于600 nm,發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)位于近紅外區(qū)約680 nm,相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的近紅外菁染料,硅基羅丹明具有較好的光穩(wěn)定性,在生物成像時(shí)能夠獲得穩(wěn)定持久的熒光信號(hào),能夠應(yīng)用于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間熒光成像進(jìn)程，

Benzylguanine (BG) is the substrate of the self-labeling tag SNAP-tag™*. Upon reaction with a BG derivative, SNAPtag™* forms a covalent bond with the substrate and releases guanine. It allows to permanently attach a fluorescent label
to any protein of interest (POI) expressed as SNAP-tag fusion. SiR700-BG is the benzylguanine derivative of SiR700 fluorophore. It emits light in the far-red, it is fluorogenic and well suited for STED and SIM superresolution imaging.
SiR700-BG can be imaged with Cy5 filtersets but using a 700nm LP emission filter is best. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living or fixed cells and tissue. Contains 1 vial of SiR700-BG (35 nmol, lyophilized).
