磷脂-聚乙二醇-酰肼,DSPE-PEG-Hydrazide是一種能與多糖或糖蛋白衍生的醛基或酮基反應的羰基反應性磷脂PEG衍生物。DSPE(1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺)是一種高度疏水的18碳磷脂。
On the other hand, the main chain of the PEG has good hydrophilicity and solubility in water. Easy to reaction with the aldehyde, acyl well form stable hydrogen bonds, than formed between the aldehyde group and amino schiff's base more stable. Hydrazide and formaldehyde reaction between allows phospholipids quickly and efficiently to carbohydrates, glycoproteins, antibody and enzyme. PEG DSPE and acyl well connectivity agent has better solubility in water, flexible connection and enhance the stability of the structure.
功能化的聚乙二醇可以用來修飾蛋白質(zhì)肽和材料。功能化的聚乙1醇也可以增加溶解度和穩(wěn)定性降低多肽和蛋白質(zhì)***原性。它還可以抑制帶電分子非特異性結(jié)合體去修飾表面。
