4) 補(bǔ)償一:使用         Sinumerik Operate 進(jìn)行
    前提條件:機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)         MD38000(MM_ENC_COMP_MAX_POINTS       補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)數(shù))設(shè)置完成
    a. 依次按下“調(diào)試"、“NC"按鍵,找到“絲杠螺距誤差"按鍵。


                                            
     
    b. 按下“絲杠螺距誤差"按鍵,“配置"界面。配置會(huì)提示“該軸沒有完成補(bǔ)償設(shè)置!"。
       按下“軸+"、“軸-"或“選擇軸"按鍵,選擇需要進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償?shù)妮S。并按下“配置"按鍵。


                                            
     

    c. 在彈出的補(bǔ)償表配置界面中,選擇“測(cè)量",按下“修改配置"按鍵,設(shè)置“起始位置"
    “結(jié)束位置"“支點(diǎn)間距"。完成之后,按下“按鈕"。

    d. 接著,會(huì)提示需要         NCK  重啟,按下“確認(rèn)"按鈕重啟            NCK,生成補(bǔ)償表,完成配置。


                                            
     
    e. 在“補(bǔ)償表中的數(shù)值"界面,按下“修改數(shù)值"鍵,將激光干涉儀采集的誤差值(帶符號(hào)絕
       對(duì)差值)按照所對(duì)應(yīng)的點(diǎn)位(坐標(biāo)點(diǎn))在補(bǔ)償表格中進(jìn)行填寫。
       填寫完成,按下“"按鍵,自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償結(jié)果(NCK                        不需重啟)。補(bǔ)償生效后的數(shù)
       值可在“診斷"->“軸診斷"->“軸信息"界面中查看。


                                            
     
    f. 補(bǔ)償
       需要補(bǔ)償時(shí),可在“修改補(bǔ)償表配置"界面,按下“列表"按鍵,一鍵完成補(bǔ)償數(shù)
       據(jù)的,自動(dòng)執(zhí)行          NCK  重啟。

5) 補(bǔ)償二:直接修改補(bǔ)償文件
    a. 直接修改補(bǔ)償文件


                                            
      
       -設(shè)置參數(shù)     MD11230   $MN_MD_FILE_STYLE   Bit0=0,禁止在備份數(shù)據(jù)中生成校驗(yàn)碼。
       -拷貝   NC 數(shù)據(jù)中的補(bǔ)償文件到         U 盤
       -在計(jì)算機(jī)上修改補(bǔ)償文件
       -補(bǔ)償文件
    b. 執(zhí)行補(bǔ)償程序       將補(bǔ)償文件修改成加工程序格式:
