REVO RSP2掃描測頭

RSP2用于2D掃描和3D觸發(fā)測量。

RSP2是一種專門用于REVO系統(tǒng)的精巧測頭，能夠進行2D掃描 (x、y) 和3D觸發(fā)測量 (x、y、z)。RSP2有一個通用的測頭本體，其上可安裝多種長度的測針吸盤，小工作長度為175 mm，大工作長度可達500 mm。

RSP采用雷尼紹端部感應(yīng)技術(shù)，經(jīng)過專門設(shè)計，用于減小掃描過程中的測力，將測針磨耗降至低。

  Video animation of the RSP2 REVO probe's tip-sensing. As the stylus touches the part and bends the reflector is displaced. The altered return path of the laser is then sensed by a PSD. The exact tip position of the stylus is known because the reflector and stylus ball are close together.
